Orange Petal is a friendly, professional company based in La Lucia, Durban, South Africa, run by Cindy Rynhoud whose aim is to provide a high quality of wedding planning, party planning, event organising, co-ordination, and management service. We are based in Durban, but travel through out South Africa.
Our aim is to help you organise and plan your wedding, party, or event – from a complete management service, to just letting us help you with a few of the more specialist items. We work with very talented individuals and companies that will provide you with the best goods and services for your celebration. Remember - I am here to help you. Whatever the wedding, party, special event, I will be there to make your event unique and memorable.

Services available are as follows: · Full wedding co-ordination service to include all the services below· Venue finding service· Initial idea generation and creative advice· Recommending, negotiating and sourcing suppliers such as photographers, florists, cake makers, entertainment, stationery, honeymoon, venues, caterers etc· Advising on the planning issues of organising a wedding, including realistic budgets and timescales· Last minute “health check” to ensure all preparations are in order· On-the-day management of events and resolution of any last minute issues. We want you to be a guest at your wedding, it is your big day and you have to be able to enjoy everything and as much as possible, Our Aim is to ensure that the design and planning of your wedding is a fun and exciting experience, That you will remember – FOREVER.
PARTIES AND SPECIAL EVENTS We all love a good party or special event. I can help you arrange that special party or event. I can help by providing the venue, entertainment, caterers, Décor, and transportation. I can either just act as an information source, or I can manage the entire party, that way you are free to actually be with your guests and enjoy yourself.
